The iLearn Center Daycare serves children ages 15 months to 6 years and provides a schedule filled with discovery and exploration. Talented, sensitive teachers guide children through their development, celebrating each child’s individuality and building a strong academic foundation along with a lifelong love of learning.
Available Types of Positions
Assistant Teachers:
Entry-level full-time/part-time professional positions working under the guidance of a trained teacher with demonstrated experience with children. Perfect for those looking to work part-time, retired educators and college ECE (Early Childhood Education) majors. (All assistant teachers must be at least 19 years old and have 15 or more ECE credit hours completed.)
Master Teachers:
Requires professional experience supervising or educating children, plus completion of early education coursework. Responsibilities also include curriculum development and family communication. (All Master Teachers must hold an education degree with a minimum of 18 hours of Early Childhood Education courses and two years teaching experience to be considered.)
General Staff Positions:
Our casual, welcoming environment offers an array of opprtunities, from accounting and payroll to benefits and customer service. Contribute your office experience by managing the business, computer, reception, and facilities functions of the center.
Chicago ECE College Majors:
If you need to complete practicum hours and want to have fun, The iLearn Center is the place for you! Check with your Education Department Chair or the professor assigning locations and tell them you want to be a part of The iLearn Team! We would love to have you.
Enrichment Activities Teachers:
Part-time (one day a week) teachers for several hours leading our music, art, yoga, dance, and other enrichment activities. If interested in any of these opportunities or if you have another enrichment opportunity we should consider, please apply.
